Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days

  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, high demand periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Packages
